Summary

• Add a shared helper for backend-scoped conversation URLs.
• Include backendId and orgId in sidebar conversation and start-task links.
• Initialize active backend selection from URL query params before falling back to tab/global storage, so new tabs fetch conversations from the owning backend.
• Keep NavigationLink active matching based on pathname when links include query params.
