Various patches and bug fixes primarily for multi-detector geometries. The solution to correct the Compton and Rayleigh counts in GateAnalysis.cc is probably not the most elegant one. Discussing with Olga, we did not come up with a better one. Nonetheless, it is only used if one simulates a multi-detector geometry.
