Add post-collect and post-setup item processing. Currently those hooks are used for deferring test skip till all the artifacts required for test log generation are ready. This allows for proper handling of skipped tests in test-runner. Signed-off-by: Robert Baldyga <robert.baldyga@unvertical.com>
