Hello Shravya, I have used your branch to test this feature. And for me, I think it's working as per the requirement in Light and dark mode.

- Checked into current branch and tested the PR locally.
- The functionlity works fine and as Host and Participant.
- Allow review and suggestions only toggle button works as expected
- Dark mode works as expected.
