As per title this PR cleans and restructures code into poseidon packaging. After many failed attempts this seems to be the most promising and early tests seem to show that basic plugin integration is not affect.
Phase 2 of Project Triton would be method renaming.
Previous attempts were too bold and failed miserably. This leverages those early ones and set baseline for next phases.
