Made Blend token approval expiry configurable via owner-settable instance storage instead of a hardcoded 100_000 ledger TTL. Adds a documented DEFAULT_APPROVAL_TTL constant with ledger math, a validated setter/getter, and tests covering the expiration edge case, non-owner rejection, and default fallback.
