… Soar, BlastNet

Move TimelyLLM above TIM in the bib file and add month fields
(June 2026 for TimelyLLM, May 2026 for TIM) so jekyll-scholar's
descending sort within the same year produces the desired order.

The jekyll-imagemagick plugin shells out to 'convert' to generate
WebP variants, but the ubuntu-latest runner no longer has ImageMagick
preinstalled — every conversion logs 'sh: 1: convert: not found'.
Install imagemagick before the Jekyll build.

Jekyll build completes successfully but Ruby 3.2.2 segfaults during
shutdown ('SEGV received in SEGV handler', exit 134) on the current
ubuntu-latest runner. Upgrading to a maintained 3.3.x release should
avoid the known signal-handler bug.
