Parse PDB to UniProt data from SIFTS (available at pdb_chain_uniprot.tsv) to map ELM entries to PDB ss and disorder information (taken from files in RCSB HTTP Services and to SEQRES and SEQATOM sequences (processed from SEQATOMs)
