Adds a minimal GitHub Actions CI workflow (.github/workflows/ci.yml) that installs the package with its dev and pydantic extras and runs the existing pytest suite across Python 3.10-3.13.
This is purely additive and non-breaking: no existing source, tests, or configuration are modified. The workflow uses the test commands already defined in pyproject.toml (testpaths/pythonpath), and the full suite (23 tests) passes locally.
