Windows 64 bit, dynamic linking

The attached is a compiled version of the gas rig control program for windows 64 bit with dynamic linking to Qt libs.

The program was compiled using MSVC 2017 on windows 8.1 along with Qt 5.10 libraries.

Once unzipped edit the "config/hardware.json" file with the correct COM ports for your PC.
