feat: Stellar bridge compatibility, fee widget, config registry & route cache
Implements four foundational modules for Soroban/Stellar bridge infrastructure: a compatibility scanner that validates bridge provider support and detects unsupported contract features; an embeddable React fee estimation widget with auto-refresh and TTL countdown; a singleton config registry for centralized, runtime-updatable bridge settings; and an in-memory LRU route cache with TTL expiry and per-bridge invalidation.
