Draft Implementation for routequest - free for anyone to take over as I haven't worked on it for a solid half year and for reasons I am unable to continue working on it myself.
From memory - whats left to do - latter half of the quest - cutscene (likely to be redone entirely), boss fight, quest finish in general.. and wouldn't hurt to double check anything done before.
A lot of the early quest is functional and cross checked against OSRS and RS3 during various leagues and off-league with multiple people. There are also plenty of references to older videos.
It isn't done as cleanly as I'd have liked to leave it, but the PR is (almost) exactly as I left my branch in november last year in its unfinished state.
If you want to take over in scope of this PR, let me know so I can add you as maintainer to my fork. You can also supersede this PR if you find that easier/preferable.
