Added HMD-only toggle
Now require CameraUtils to be installed too.
For BS version 1.37, but should also work on 1.36.2 (maybe).
Also available for 1.29.1.

New version:
The guide position (X, Y and Z) are now modifiable (from -1 to 1, 0 being the center of the note).

I haven't tested the normal version, so it might not work properly.
