About the PR

Added Tzeentch Cultist armor set, based on Space Marine 2 traitor militia. It unlocks at LvL 10. I also lowered the unlock requirement for the Bloodpact armor set, as it is the Khorne cult armor.

Why / Balance

No balance impact, it is just extra drip

Technical details

They are simply a subtype of the regular cultist flak armor. Localization for EN and RU are provided.

Test plan

I loaded it up in a localhost to make sure everything was working.

• fix: Corrected a typo with the Moebian 6th helmet that would prevent it from being equipped to the head slot ingame.
