fix: update wl-clipboard-rs to 0.9.0

Thanks for your great project!

While using the copy function recently, I encountered the following error:

Received an event primary_selection requiring version >= 2 while proxy zwlr_data_control_device_v1@5 is version 1.
thread 'main' panicked at src/main.rs:86:22:
Failed to serve copied image: WaylandCommunication(Custom { kind: Other, error: "Dispatch for object zwlr_data_control_device_v1@5 errored." })

Updating wl-clipboard-rs to version 0.9.0 should resolve this issue.

Just tested this and it does fix the issue, thank you! @Kirottu can we have this merged?
