Detailed changes: - Add sysexits section to L_lib.sh with constants from sysexits.h. - Add L_EX_TIMEOUT=124 based on GNU timeout convention. - Refactor all hardcoded exit/return codes (2, 3, 222, 124) to use L_EX_* variables. - Update documentation comments to use VALUE ($VARIABLE) format for clarity. - Update README.md, AGENTS.md, and GEMINI.md with new return code information. - Add sysexits section to mkdocs documentation. - Update Makefile, scripts/, and tests/ to align with the new standards.
