Add comprehensive request logging middleware supporting multiple destinations including console, HTTP endpoints, and experimental cloud provider integrations (AWS CloudWatch, Google Cloud Logging, Azure Monitor, Datadog, Elasticsearch). Features include privacy controls, automatic batching, error resilience, and structured JSON output. Update example to demonstrate the new logging capabilities.
