Pin all three consumers (cli ^0.1.1→^0.1.2, adapter-cli/core *→^0.1.2) to the published 0.1.2, which ships the cols=8000/rows=2000 pty viewport fix. This replaces the locally hand-patched node_modules copy with the official package, so the scrape fallback stays clean alongside the file answer-channel.
