Fix dev container documentation reference in README

The Development section referenced .devcontainer/README.md which doesn't exist. The actual dev container usage examples live in .devcontainer/EXAMPLES.md.

Changes

• Updated README.md line 725 to reference .devcontainer/EXAMPLES.md instead of .devcontainer/README.md

The EXAMPLES.md file contains workflow examples for using Azure Login action with dev containers, including CI/CD integration and local development setup.
