This PR has modules to perform Gaussian realisations of any underlying spectra (single map or two correlated maps) and also compute the angular auto power spectrum of a map or cross spectrum of two maps. There are also routines to obtain Fourier space low-, high-, and band-pass filters among other tools.
This also gives an example for including documentation for each function that
readthedocscan parse.
