This PR contains mainly changes to
src/evaluate.jlin order to help TaylorIntegration, as well as any users ofTaylorSeries.evaluate!avoid allocating when using such methods. We have identified this can help performance, especially for JT integrations. This is still WIP, and lives in a post-#415 world (i.e., shouldn't be merged before #415).
