Data server switch + cleanup

Decided to do some code cleanup (a little bit), and make it so you can change the data source the bot feeds from (due to the data server switching).

I do not intend on updating the bot any further, though it may happen, JDA version 4.0 came out, so I may experiment with it sometime soon.

Version 1.1

1.0 has a bug where based on some controllers it may not function properly, and it will crash the Bot randomly. New version fixes this issue aswell as adds '@here' messages (which are deleted after 5 minutes).

The bot will not work out of the box, you will need to modify the config.properties file that is generated on first run in the folder that the .jar file is located in.

In the config.properties you will find a bunch of values, they are explained in the README on the main repository page. Make sure you create a Bot on https://discordapi.com
