ARXML-File-Reorder

• This program reads an ARXML file containing a list of containers
• Then it reorders the containers alphabetically according to their "SHORT-NAME"
• Then it writes the code to a new .ARXML file
• The output file will be named as the same of the input file concatenated with “_mod.arxml”
