mupen64plus.dll, GLideN64, and RMG-Input are built with MinGW and depend on libgcc, libstdc++, libwinpthread, and various library DLLs (freetype, harfbuzz, minizip, png, zlib, etc.) that aren't present on a clean Windows install. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
