- Probe GPU encoders at startup via FFmpeg test encode; only show encoders that actually work on the user's hardware
- Save/restore all GUI settings (paths, encoder, resolution, CRF, FPS, MSAA, aniso, checkboxes) to Krec2MP4.ini on close
- Browse dialogs now open to the directory of the current path in each field instead of the last Explorer location
