v0.1.0

This release was made to define the version of BUD-e existing from 11/08/23.

I didn't deem this version as good enough for a 1.0.0 as of 12/06/24 (time of writing this) as I'm rewriting the entire code base (but don't want to label that as v2) so I made it 0.1.0.
