Initial Windows Release v.1.0.1

This is the initial public release of the application, which is the most reformed variant of the application, hosting all the features that I wanted this app to host. This isn't labeled v1.0.0 because there was a "finished" private original of this project that lacked polish and some features such as the redo feature.

This is the anticipated only release unless a major bug needs to be fixed, but otherwise, that is the expectation.
