BAGEL February Launch Software Release

The BAGEL-Software release for the February 2026 launch of LUNA!!

As the first ever launch of BAGEL, this includes the initial functionality for controlling power distribution in the avionics bays via BLE. Software is identical between the sustainer (Avocado) and booster (Butter) boards, which have 6 and 3 switches respectively.
