Action Items

Eldon/Tom - Meet with HL7 O&O FHIR group to determine location structure for device associations
Jacob/Eldon - Clarify text on locations and their meaning in the context of PCIM (location at time of association and disassociation vs current location). Be sure to reference MEMLS, etc.
Eldon - Integrate CP-DEV-016 and CP-DEV-017 into the PCIM TI and create PR for Mary to make final review and edits
