OS dependency

Currently PIconnect is only useful on windows systems, as it is simply a thin wrapper around the PI AF SDK by OSIsoft. This depends on the .NET Framework 4.x, which is only available on Windows. Installing on *nix systems is possible but will not provide any useful functionality.
