CLI: add --forward and help/version flags; improve logging, UI, and defaults

Motivation

• Provide a nicer CLI UX with --forward, --help and --version, clearer startup output, and more robust defaults.
• Improve console logging aesthetics and make banner/help output more informative for end users.
• Harden runtime behavior by validating additional config options and guarding against oversized relay messages.

Description

• Added --forward parsing to accept full local forward targets and inferred port, path, and forwardTarget values with validation in parseForward and parseCliArgs.
• Added CLI flags --help and --version and new output helpers printLogo and printHelp in logger.ts, and wired them into main to short-circuit startup when requested.
• Reworked logger formatting and colors (info, warn, success, error) and updated printBanner/printSafetyBanner to show forwarding, tunnel, and dashboard labels and compact messages.
• Updated default relay URL across README, config defaults, schema, and example config from wss://relay.tern.hookflo.com to wss://tern-relay.hookflo-tern.workers.dev.
• Improved config validation in validateConfig by enforcing --max-events minimum and kept existing TLS/file checks.
• Added a message-size guard in RelayClient to ignore excessively large relay messages to avoid memory/parse issues.
• Removed debug console.log calls from the UI bundle and made several CSS layout tweaks (overflow and min-height fixes) to improve dashboard behavior.
• Small UX/message changes: use warn/success helpers for TTL and lifecycle messages, nicer reconnect/warning text, and include a forwardTarget in the printed banner.

Testing

• Ran TypeScript compilation with tsc (project build) which succeeded.
• Ran the project's automated test suite with npm test which passed locally.
