Parser of CEREScript-SuperSet

This would be imported as a part of CEREScript-SuperSet, but not yet. After the code base are imported by CEREScript-SuperSet, this package would remains for experimental research.

After CEREScript is stabilized, version of CEREScript-SuperSet and CEREScript-SuperSet-Parser would be coupled.
