What does this PR do?
Adds auto-rotation to the Role Models and AI Concepts sections on the homepage. Every 10 seconds, the next group of cards fades in automatically in an infinite loop — making both sections more interactive without removing any existing functionality. Users can also click the dot indicators to jump to any group manually. A thin progress bar shows how much time is left before the next rotation. The "See all mentors" and "View all concepts" buttons remain fully functional.
