What does this PR do?
This PR expands the concept learning experience by introducing dedicated concept pages with curated learning resources and improved navigation.
Instead of limiting concepts to a short summary and visual explainer, users can now explore structured learning materials directly inside the platform.

Why this improves the project
This transforms the concept library into a more complete learning hub where users can immediately continue learning after understanding a concept.
