Corrects the script paths for
api-gatewayanddomain-routerservices insideecosystem.config.cjsso that PM2 can locate and launch them correctly. Also adds Electron build outputs (dist-electron/andrelease/) to.gitignoreto prevent accidental commits of those directories.
