This update provides patches and new features.

• Added character exporter.
• Added user exporter.
• Added window scaling option. (This can distort text.)
• Finished design layout for user templates.
• Fixed issues when switching chats.
• Fixed issues where cached nodes wouldn't update text sizes.
• Fixed some rare cases where application would incorrectly flag a running instance.
• Updated llamacpp to b7046
