Logging FTW!
Mentions from IRC to Discord already exists, but needs to access connected users thought explicit intents. These should also be enabled on the Discord development platform, that's why I created a configuration endpoint (default false) to enable this feature because if the intent is not enabled on Discord side, the app will crash.
