Add thin callers pinned to Glyndor/.github reusables, mirroring podup: bun-ci (coverage gate 90), line-limit, main-guard (develop-only) and DCO. These produce the check contexts required by the branch rulesets. Closes #1 Signed-off-by: Jaro-c <75870284+Jaro-c@users.noreply.github.com>

Add biome.json (tab width 4, double quotes, per the style standard), lint scripts, the @biomejs/biome dev dependency and the bun lockfile so the bun-ci Lint step resolves and passes. Signed-off-by: Jaro-c <75870284+Jaro-c@users.noreply.github.com>

Adds the thin caller workflows (bun-ci, line-limit, main-guard, dco) pinned to Glyndor/.github reusables, mirroring podup. Produces the check contexts the branch rulesets require.
