These files are provided org-wide by Glyndor/.github and inherited by any repo that doesn't define its own. The local copies here were stale/pre-org duplicates, so I removed them; the repo now shows the current org versions.

Glyndor/.githuband inherited automatically. The copies here were stale/pre-org duplicates (some named after dead brands or the oldJaro-chandle), so I removed them — the repo now surfaces the current org versions.
