Add Australian and Medieval Accents

About the PR

A reimplementation of Floof-Station/Floof-Station#1346 but using more appropriate namespace, in our context, and using the word conversions.

Why / Balance

Andy needs this accent.

Technical details

Its using the old style of word conversions, and I cannot confirm if this is managed by Goob. I thought that the namespace of Goob was appropriate because it was the original source. New files had to be made to make up for the mistakes in the original PR.
