Gives Radstation a nuclear reactor in place of the old supermatter chamber, along with a few neat little changes.

Why / Balance

Rad was said to become the new learning map for the nuclear reactor, I've been working on this since before the reactors were even added.

Technical details

The supermatter room was completely renovated to hold the new reactor + a gas turbine, along with complete piping.

The MV that powers engi, ce's room and atmos is missing, engineering starts unpowered Reactor room needs a station beacon, dont have to put one for the turbine since its apart of the same room Remove the self-insert from the paper please and this paper doesn't have any information on how to run this setup, someone new to reactors would not know how to run this

This setup needs an emergency venting valve for engi to vent gas quickly if needed since this will be most of their first times running this engine
