This repository packages FiestaBoard — the open-source self-hosted platform for controlling Vestaboard split-flap displays — as a Home Assistant Supervisor add-on (a.k.a. "app").
Install it from your Home Assistant Supervisor and FiestaBoard appears in the sidebar with one-click ingress, automatic MQTT discovery, and Home Assistant–managed backups of all your settings.
Beta. The add-on works end-to-end and is in active use, but the integration surface between FiestaBoard and Home Assistant Supervisor is still maturing — expect occasional rough edges, especially around upstream version bumps. Please open an issue if anything misbehaves.
Run FiestaBoard inside Home Assistant. Connect your Vestaboard, configure plugins (weather, transit, sports scores, MQTT, and more), and control everything from the Home Assistant UI.
Requires Home Assistant OS or Home Assistant Supervised. Container and Core installs don't have the add-on infrastructure — use FiestaBoard's Docker Compose install directly instead.
