A hands-on lab environment demonstrating Microsoft 365 administration skills including user management, Exchange Online configuration, SharePoint administration, and common IT support scenarios.

🎯 Lab Overview

This lab simulates real-world Microsoft 365 help desk support tasks using a trial M365 Business Premium environment. The project demonstrates end-to-end administration capabilities from user provisioning to troubleshooting common email, file sharing, and collaboration issues.
