Policy for Moved Deprecated Pages

We should not delete content from deprecated pages. I will follow up with sub-issues regarding this matter.

Policy Guidelines

NOTE: We need to determine a method to prevent the Lychee link checker from validating external links on deprecated pages (NEW FOLLOW-UP ISSUE).

Steps:

1. Move the file into the deprecated folder.

2. Modify the page metadata:

   • Update the page description for SEO purposes to indicate this is a deprecated page.
   • Append "(deprecated)" to the title.
   • Add a deprecation notice immediately after the title.
   • Keep the remaining content unchanged.

3. Update SUMMARY.md:

   • Add the moved page under the deprecated folder location.
   • Remove it from its old location in SUMMARY.md.
