This is a release of the analysis scripts for the analysis of Monte-Carlo simulations of gamma-ray events with Eventdisplay. All steps of the analysis, including image parameter step, direction and energy reconstruction with disp BDTs, gamma/hadron separation, cut optimisation and preparation of sensitivity files are covered by the scripts in the analysis directories. Several utilities for compilation and data preparation are available for different MC productions.

The scripts can handle CTA prod3, prod3b, prod4, prod4b, and prod5 simulations and are used for the release of CTAO IRFs prod5 v0.2.

Main changes:

  • careful selection of parameter cuts
  • general optimization of scripts
