FITS converters for DL2 and DL3 for Eventdisplay

Tools to convert Eventdisplay data products on DL2 and DL3 level to FITS.

DL2 FITS format converter to be used for Eventdisplay DL2 eventlists.

DL3 FITS format converter to be used for IRFs file (e.g., used for the generation of IRF files for the CTAO Public IRFs).

Containers are now available through https://github.com/Eventdisplay/Converters/pkgs/container/converters

This version of the converter tools is tested with Eventdisplay v5.9.0.

DL2 FITS format converter - for Eventdisplay v5.2.0

DL2 FITS format converter to be used for eventlists generated with Eventdisplay version v5.2.0 or earlier.

Easy way to distinguish this release from newer versions: the event list tree is still called fEventTreeCuts (it is now called DL2EventTree).
