Add basic sections

I've added command to navigate file

• [[ and ]] switch between the module declaration, model, msg, update, view and main
• [] and ][ switch between end of functions (2 empty lines)

I am not sure it's the best choice, let me know if you want me to tweak it so that it behaves differently.
