How I work

  • Builder-first. Ship the smallest revenue-positive wedge, then iterate on what real usage shows.
  • Truth-before-politeness on technical claims. If something is parked, I'll say it's parked.
  • Heterogeneous Mandate. Multi-agent chains require architectural diversity to avoid same-model error amplification.
  • Audit trails on everything. Hash-chained event logs, signed commits, sealed receipts.

Not for

  • One-off prompt-engineering or "AI consultant" gigs.
  • AGPL-licensed wrappers that block SaaS monetization.
  • Anything requiring regulatory licensure I don't hold.
