[DRIP] Adds Four New Red Marsian Outfits, and a new Mars Sticker Variant

About The Pull Request

Tin. The new Marsian Culture outfits that have been added are the Marsian gown, the Marsian duster, the Marsian shouldercloak, and the Marsian overalls to represent the culture of Red Mars. All descriptions except the Marsian gown have been written by the Mars Lore Writer in order to fully integrate them into the setting.

Why It's Good For The Game

The Doppler Universe and its' load-out items have a lot of cultural equipment and gear, all pertaining to the specific culture they are from. Tajarans have their unique weapons and armor and clothing as do Tizirans and their culture.

This PR provides new additions to Marsian culture; more specifically on Red Mars, where the general population is filled with all types of mechanics, religious or superstitious or otherwise. All of the outfits are GAGS, thus recolorable.

The new Marsian Seals are available in the crafting menu. You need a screwdriver, welding tool, and cutters as the prerequisite, and a crayon and a piece of paper will be spent to combine them.

per discord discussion, robotics doesn't have wax seals that's a chaplain thing but i can see to its removal in a different PR in favor of doppler flavored religion things 👍 the only thing i'm concerned about is removing chaplain things since religion isn't exactly discussed but i have some ideas maybe that could resolve that

outside the scope of the PR ofc but it's something to be discussed with lore writers

Addressing each change requested.

1. The Red Mars seals can be crafted with a crayon, and a paper. The tools required are a welder (for melting the crayon), a screw driver (for drawing and guiding the wax), and a wirecutter (for cutting the seals). They are also available in the cargo console in the goodies section, for 100 libre (credits)

2. Each item, the duster, the cloak, the gown, and the overalls have been renamed by request to be specifically Red Mars fashion, and nothing else. If a player really wants them to not be Mars related, they are more than welcome to do so by renaming their loadout items, but because I specifically designed this to be for Red Mars, they are all each given a generic title with (Red Mars) in specifics. The only exceptions would be the cloak and the duster, which are specifically named (Red Mars X). If a player doesn't want these to be X or Y, then they can rename it to something else if they want.

3. Concerning the Red Mars gown, it has been added with an additional description of providing not only protection, but a fashionable look. This is represented intentionally on their sprites. It is not a mask that has a mechanical purpose other than to block the dust away from someone's face, like the Machine Dustcovers, and the Marsian Dusters (which both have some sort of cowl that is part of the hood, be it metal or cloth, which is by design). Ideally someone is also wearing something underneath it anyways. It covers the most essential parts, while providing a fashionable look. That is what I'm contesting in the requested changes.

4. The Dusters now show the upper half of your face, as requested.

5. As for the Pubby thing, I- didn't. Touch that one, and I also can't revert it, nor remove it. If there's a solution or if it's a problem, please help me address that one, as I don't know how to.
