Description

1. We added pages for Automation Tools, which will describe the tyk sync and tyk operator tools in detail.
2. Please explain the change to the reviewer. Pay special attention to changes that are hard to spot, for example:
   1. Structure changes in the menu.yaml. Deleted tyk-sync and tyk-operator pages in the menu.yaml where we migrated the entirety of the contents.
3. "Automation Tools" page - we have combined information from the tyk stack sync and operator pages and put it into this page. I have reformatted this page to read the way we want -> action-oriented headings and progressive disclosure, going from high-level concepts to use cases to advanced use cases.
